CONSUMER TRIAL REGISTRATION INFO

Participants who register for consumer trial, can be included as part of a Consumer Trial Group and receive the program at the costs listed below.

Consumer Trial Group requires:

• Initial and final weigh-ins with measurements
• Completed journal for review
• Bi-weekly meetings
• Completed initial and final paperwork.
• 75% attendance at the bi-weekly meetings is required.

All Consumer Trial Supplements will need to be picked up at TheChurch on Strayer, following your registration.
